I am writing to let you know about the outstanding work of your real estate duo Joan Dickinson and Beth Afflebach. They are truly remarkable and their passion for their job and the clients that they serve is highly appreciated. I saw a property online and by the next day at 10:00 a.m. Joan was showing us the property. It was breathtaking. We fell in love with the property and by that night we put in an offer. Beth and Joan helped us every step of the way. They answered all my emails and phone calls so promptly and communicated daily. They worked around my schedule, accommodating me so I could meet after work. I felt like I could ask them any questions and they were very thoughtful and thorough in their responses. These ladies made me feel like I was their family member. They were so kind and genuine. Has there ever been a real estate transaction that moved that quickly and was that smooth and seamless? I must say that the total buying experience was quite incredible, & something that we have never before experienced.To say that Joan & Beth were helpful would be an understatement. From start to finish, they pushed the boat out, & even now, one month after we bought the apartment, they continue to assist & deal with any problems, no matter how small, we come up against.Congratulations to them both. They deserve to be recognized for the exemplary service they have given us!

My husband and I purchased our condo at The Tower Residence in 2003, and from that time until we sold, May 2017, we have known Beth and Joan to be focused on/dedicated to selling the residences at The Ritz Carlton. In short, there is no one more knowledgeable about the property, no one with a better understanding of how best to market the property and no one more committed to selling the property. Unlike many realtors we have dealt with, Joan and Beth do not delegate, but rather personally and conscientiously handle every aspect of their listings; from photos of the property through final walk through and closing they are on site. Finally, a benefit for you if you will not be in Florida while the property is on the market, Beth and Joan are on site, know the on-site support staff as well as people who have worked on units at The Ritz and will gladly coordinate access to your property in your absence should issues arise.

We first met Joan Dickinson and Beth Afflebach in 2012 when my husband and I decided to sell ourhouse in Harbor Acres and move into The Towers at The Ritz-Carlton. What a wonderful team Joan andBeth are. Of course, we had a stress-free purchase in The Towers thanks to Joan’s and Beth’s expertknowledge. Here we are in 2020 and we decided it was time to move on to Sarasota Bay Club. We didn’t hesitate tocontact Joan and Beth knowing they were the best to handle the sale of our beloved condo. We hadalways maintained friendly and warm contact in the halls of The Ritz Hotel and The Towers! Our condosold very quickly, much quicker than we expected and we were in a dilemma about a requested earlyclosing. Joan and Beth were always there for us and fortunately our buyer was a very lovely lady, kindand generous. Although we closed in February, she allowed us to stay until mid-May or longer. Wecould not be more grateful to her and Joan and Beth. We cannot recommend Joan and Beth more highly. They are so professional, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Thank you, Joan and Beth.
